The main challenge we faced during our cooperation was translating complex health requirements into a user-friendly digital solution. WOO needed a solution that would navigate the overlap between advanced AI technology and intuitive application design, while also adhering to strict regulatory standards.

All of the above was to be covered by one key functionality, namely a user chatbot. We had to find a way to seamlessly connect internal AI prompting, knowledge databases and app design to bring a safe and valuable user experience.
