BOOK A CONSULTATIONWhy Financial Institutions Choose Us for AI Training
We are one of the few companies with a direct Anthropic partnership. Our trainers have deep access to Claude’s enterprise capabilities and roadmap, so your team learns the platform from practitioners who helped shape how it is used in production.
Our trainers understand the unique constraints of banking, insurance, and payments. Every exercise, example, and case study is drawn from real financial services scenarios — not generic chatbot demos.
Participants write real code, build real systems, and solve real problems during every session. We believe skills transfer happens through practice, not slides. Your team leaves each workshop with working code they can use immediately.
We are not reselling someone else’s training material. Our team uses Claude Code and Claude Cowork every day to build production AI systems for financial institutions. We teach what we practice.
Training modules are adapted to your institution’s compliance requirements, approved technology stack, and data handling policies. We work within your security boundaries, not around them.
We define competency benchmarks before training begins and measure progress through practical assessments. You get clear evidence of what your team can do after the program — not just attendance certificates.

AIConsole
AIConsole is our open-source desktop app that bridges your device with AI models. Build hyper-personalized AI tools with plain English and welcome a swarm of assistants that communicate with each other while solving your tasks.

10Clouds AI Assistant
10Clouds Assistant is a powerful tool that can collect data from company handbooks, employee information, project details, and more to provide instant feedback. The process of creating this tool involved several stages, such as downloading data from the Confluence API and saving it to a PostgreSQL database. Next, we cleared the data of HTML tags and added it to Pinecone using Llama-index, a library for importing data. Our AI tool can quickly and accurately provide users with the information they need, making it an invaluable asset for any organization.

Trust Stamp - Lite ID
Trust Stamp’s mission is to create transformational technology that accelerates secure societal and financial inclusion. One of its projects is Lite ID - an app for secure data sharing. The company reached out to 10Clouds for support with building this platform.

Frequently Asked Questions
What format does the training take — workshops, lectures, or self-paced?
Our training is primarily hands-on workshops with live instruction. Each session combines a brief conceptual introduction with extended practical exercises where participants build real features. We avoid lecture-heavy formats because skills transfer happens through practice, not slides. Self-paced materials are provided as reference for after the workshops.
How long does a typical training program last?
A focused Claude Code workshop runs 2–3 days. A comprehensive program covering Claude Code, Claude Cowork, prompt engineering, RAG architecture, and governance typically spans 2–4 weeks with a mix of intensive workshop days and supervised practice periods. We design the duration based on your team’s starting skill level and target competencies.
What are the prerequisites for participants?
For Claude Code workshops, participants should have professional software development experience — we teach AI-assisted development, not programming fundamentals. For Claude Cowork and prompt engineering modules, no coding experience is required. We assess your team before training and adjust the curriculum to match their baseline.
Can training be delivered remotely, or is it onsite only?
We deliver training in both formats. Remote workshops work well for distributed teams and use collaborative coding environments that replicate the hands-on experience. Onsite delivery is ideal for team-building and intensive bootcamp formats. Many clients choose a hybrid approach: onsite kickoff workshop followed by remote supervised practice sessions.
What tools and platforms are covered?
The core curriculum covers Claude Code (AI-assisted development in the IDE), Claude Cowork (conversational AI for business workflows), and the Anthropic API for custom integrations. Depending on your needs, we also cover RAG architecture with vector databases, prompt engineering frameworks, AI governance tooling, and integration with your existing CI/CD and code review pipelines.
How do you measure whether the training actually worked?
We define competency benchmarks before the program starts and measure progress through practical assessments — not multiple-choice quizzes. Participants complete real-world challenges that demonstrate they can use Claude effectively for their specific role. We provide a post-training report showing individual and team-level skill progression against the agreed benchmarks.
Do you provide ongoing support after the training program ends?
Yes. All programs include a post-training support period (typically 4–8 weeks) with scheduled office hours, async code review, and architecture consultations. For teams that want longer-term support, we offer ongoing mentorship packages with monthly check-ins and on-demand expert access.
How do you handle sensitive data and security during training exercises?
We design all training exercises to work within your institution’s security boundaries. Exercises can use synthetic financial data that mirrors your real data patterns, or we work within your secure development environment. We never require participants to share proprietary code or data outside your approved systems.
